Viburnum tinus 'Gwenllian'

Laurustinus. A compact shrub with  small glossy elliptical dark green leaves. Clusters of starry white flowers open from reddish buds, in late winter, followed by ovoid blue fruit. Max Height c 1.75m by similar spread. Gwenllian makes a superb evergreen specimen shrub, in the border or in a container, offering year round interest. Will grow in full sun or partial shade in any reasonably well drained but moist soil and is hardy throughout most of the British Isles.. Hardy. Back-fill with soil mixed with peat substitute and a suitable fertiliser.
