Veronica spicata 'Snow Candles'

Veronica spicata 'Snow Candles' is a clump-forming perennial with narrow, toothed leaves and tapering spikes of tiny, star-shaped, bright white flowers in summer.  Great for softening the edges of borders, this variety of Speedwell is hardy throughout most of the UK, although would prefer a sheltered spot in more exposed locations.  Growing to c 25cm x 25cm it needs a moist but well drained soil in a sunny position. Great for pollinators, especially as it can flower for almost three months in the summer.
