Red Riding Hood is an excellent and robust dwarf tulip, which once planted can be left in situ for several year, unlike many other tulips.  Growing to 20cm tall in a sunny, well drained site, it features beautiful dark green foliage with red/purple pattern and vivid red flowers with black centres in March and April.
