It has large panicles of single purple-red flowers with an unusual yet attractive white edge. A two tone effect is made. The flowers are heavily fragrant with a sweet scent. Flowering may and june each year.
Can br grown as a bush or trained as a small tree.
Happiest in full sun or half shade.
Grows to 3-4m over 10 years.
