Sorbus aucuparia Fastigiata

Sorbus aucuparia Fastigiata is an unfussy tree that will grow in relatively poor soils, it will survive in anything but waterlogged soil.  Large, finely cut, dull green pinnate leaves adorn the stout, dense upright branches which colour well in autumn form the backdrop to the large clusters of creamy white flowers in spring, which are very attractive to pollinators.  In autumn through winter the fruits are a very deep and glowing red..

Supplied as a large specimen in a 15 litre pot, therefore only suitable for local delivery or collection.
