This shrubby sage features bi pinnate small blackcurrant scented mid green leaves with terminal racemes of bi colour cherry pink and white flowers throughout summer and autumn. The flowers initially open a deep cherry pink, fading to white with pink lips in mid summer and eventually to all white as the summer cools. Attractive to pollinators, this plant will brighten any garden anywhere, when planted in decent well drained soil in full sun or light shade. As with all salvias will appreciate a bit of extra protection in particularly wet or cold winters. Grows to around 90 to100 cm tall and 30 to 40cm wide. Will benefit from a cut back in mid summer.
