Salad Burnet Sanguisorbia minor

Salad Burnet is a hardy perennial which grows to around 60cm x 40cm.  The leaves are great in salads, especially in the winter, and it is a very nutritious plant, also providing a useful addition to soups, sauces, cream cheese and herb butters.
