Rhodanthemum, often referred to as Moroccan daisies, are a low spreading, silver leaved, woody based sub shrub which are extremely draught tolerant and pollinator friendly. Hardy throughout most of the UK, provided they are in sharply drained soil, as they dislike winter wet, they are also attractive to pollinators and great weed suppressants. Plant in full sun in any type of well drained soil except heavy clay. 'Tangiers' is a compact variety growing c 20cm high and wide. It is very floriferous with masses of daisy like pale pink flowers with simple rays of petals surrounding a darker eye, and a long flowering season from June through to September.
