A hardy annual with succulent leaves used sparingly in salads or as a cooked vegetable.  Pick regularly to prevent spreading, as this herb can become invasive.  High in Omega 3 fatty acids, also contains pro vitamin A, vitamin C, magnesium, calcium and potassium.  Can be harvested all year round.
