Prostanthera cuneata

Also known as Alpine Mint Bush, Prostanthera cuneata is a small shrub with small glossy green leaves which are highly fragrant when crushed, growing to c 50cm or so high and wide, and is liberally covered  in masses of large white flowers in late spring and early summer.  It is frost hardy so needs a sheltered site in sun on well drained, humus rich, preferably acid soil.
