Potentilla 'Bella Apple'

Potentilla fruticosa, the shrubby cinquefoil are deciduous shrubs of generally tidy habit, having small divided palmate leaves, and simple five petalled flowers in various colours.  Good for wildlife, potentilla is a great supporting act in either the herbaceous border or the shrubbery, giving colour throughout late spring and summer.

'Bella Apple' is a compact variety requiring very little pruning spreading to c 50cm high and wide.  The flowers are beautifully delicate shades of apricot, which start in early spring and continue right through summer, without fading.  A great new selection of this ever popular shrub. Requires a sunny spot in any well drained soil.  Supplied well rooted in a 3 litre pot.
