Pittosporum tenuifolium 'Collaig Silver'

Originally hailing from New Zealand, Pittosporum Collaig Silver is a lovely evergreen shrub which has small and daint pewtery green leaves with white wavy edges, making a contrast with the slender and delicate black branches.  Although over time it can grow to be quite a large shrub it will also tolerate hard pruning, so can be kept to shape.  When young it's a lovely, delicate rounded bush.  Slightly tender, it needs a well drained soil and a sheltered location, especially when young and until established.
