Phlox subulata Bavaria

A small, cushion forming alpine, which is particularly eye catching. With narrow bright green leaves and white flowers, with a striking purple central eye, this alpine sets a very bright tone in late spring and early summer.  May occasionally give an autumn flush of flowers. 

Grows to approx. 15cm high, and up to 45cm across if permitted.

Prefers a moist but well drained soil in full sun
