Phlox are an upright perennial, producing upright clusters of simple, but highly fragrant flowers throughout summer and early aytumn. A really useful plant as part of a mixed informal border, much loved by pollinators. Will grow in full sun, or partial shade on any moist but well drained soil. David is an excellent mildew resistant variety with narrow green leaves and huge fragrant clusters of pure white flowers in mid-summer to late summer. Max Height 90cm. Max Spread 60cm. Flowers July to September. Full sun/partial shade. Hardy. Water thoroughly before planting.
