Philadelphus 'Manteau d'Hermine' is a compact deciduous shrub with relatively small ovate leaves and very fragrant, double creamy-white flowers to 4cm in width, in small clusters in summer. Grows up to 1m in height and can spread to 1.5m in time. Prune immediately after flowering as autumn pruning will reduce the number of flowers the following year.
