Nandina domestica 'Twilight'

Nandina is a compact shrub, often referred to as 'Heavenly Bamboo', but it's not actually a bamboo at all!  Heavenly Bamboo. An evergreen shrub with elegant variegated foliage in shades of green, white and pink with large yellow anthers in mid-summer followed by bright red fruit. Max Height 60cm. Max Spread 60 cm. Flowers July to August. Fruits August. Full sun, to light shade. Frost hardy. Back-fill with soil mixed with peat substitute and a suitable fertiliser.
