Holder of an RHS Award of Garden Merit, Helenium Sahin's Early is a colourful addition to any perennial border, with a long season of streaked orange, yellow daisy like flowers with prominent brown central cone over cumps of mid green lance shaped leaves. Height and spread circa 90cm x 60cm, this plant, if deadheaded regulallrly will bloom from early summer to mid autumn. May require some support in exposed locations, but worth the effort! Cut back by half after flowering to prevent mildew, and cut all the way back to the ground in late autumn. Lift ad divide large clumps in early spring, every three years or so. A plant worthy of a place in any garden.
