Also knoiwn as Chinese Chives, this is a hardy perennial with long flat leaves, which are used just like chives in salads,vegetables, soups, potato dishes, etc or chopped with cheese or yoghurt.  the flavour is a mild mix of onion and garlic.  Very decorative white flower heads in August and September.  Height 50cm.
