Dianthus 'Sweet Pleasure Pink with Burgundy Eye'
WHICH POT SIZE?
9cm is the width of the pot. 1L, 1.5L and 3L describe how much it holds, rather than how tall the plant will grow.
A smaller pot gives you a young plant to grow on; a larger pot usually gives you a more established root system. Check the height and spread below for the room it will need in the garden.

Perennial Dianthus, or 'pinks' as they used to be called are an old cottage garden favourite. The Sweet Pleasure series have been specially bred to remain compact and flower proliferously in summer. Just keep deadheading and they will keep on flowering all summer long. Tidy the plants up in early spring, when the danger of hard frosts has passed. A nicely scented little dianthus, 15cm x 15cm max. Great in pots as well as in the border.
