Bee's Jubilee is an early large flowering clematis. The flowers appear in early summer quite profusely, them flower again a second time in late summer. Bee's Jubilee has flowers which can be up to 18cm across and they are a shade of soft pink with a deeper pink stripe running up the centre of each petal. This clematis is in pruning group 2 which means it requires pruning only to maintain a framework in late winter or early spring by cutting back unwanted shoots to just above a pair of healthy buds. Hard pruning may discourage some flowering ability the following season. Prefers a moist but well drained alkaline or neutral soil, in sun or partial shade. Will work with most aspects but not north facing.
