A hardy, sun loving spreading herbaceous perennial plant with oval shaped green leaves which turn lovely shades of orange and purple in autumn. The bright blue simple fur leaved flowers, which are very attractive to pollinators appear in late summer and persist well into autumn. Tolerant of most soil conditions it needs a well drained site, and where happy can spread as far as 50cm x 100cm. Great for groundcover and attracting wildlife into the garden.
