Ceanothus 'Victoria'

California Lilac. Upright evergreen shrub with finely toothed, glossy, bright green leaves. Rich indigo blue flowers in terminal panicles between April and June.  Reaching a maximum height of 1.8 metres and a spread of about 1.2 metres, 'Victoria is fast growing, and requires a well drained and sheltered sunny location to do well, but is fully hardy down to circa -10%.  No regular pruning necessary, except to tidy up dead stems and restrict unwanted growth.
