Barberry. Narrow upright shrub with dark purple-red leaves turning bright red in autumn. Red-tinged pale yellow flowers are followed by glossy red fruit. Max Height 1.4m. Max Spread 60cm. Flowers March to April. Fruits May. Partial shade. Hardy. Water thoroughly before planting.
