This is a rather gorgeous medium sized semi evergreen shrub to about 3m high and up to 4m wide. It has small glossy oval green pointed leaves on gracefully arching stems, which, from midsummer on, are covered in small and dainty bell shaped whitey pink flowers which are vaguely fragrant. Can be pruned back hard every three years or so. Needs a sunny and sheltered spot, but is otherwise perfectly hardy.
