Nandina domestica 'Obsessed'

Nandina is a compact shrub, often referred to as 'Heavenly Bamboo', but it's not actually a bamboo at all!  'Obsessed' is a compact plant it boasts year round colour with the new leaves emerging fiery red in spring, maturing to a deep red green and turning a deep ruby red in autumn. Suitable for a sunny spot, or dappled shade, it needs some shelter in a decent moist but well drained soil, where it will grow to 70cm high by 60cm across.
