Penstemon 'Hidcote Pink' is a vigorous narrow leaved bushy perennial with an extraordinarily long flowering season, from early summer through to late autumn. The small, pretty tubular-shaped, pale pink flowers with crimson veins inside are a magnet for pollinators. Growing to a maximum height of up to 80cm, and spreading to around 45cm, it's tolerant of all soil types provided they are moist and well drained, and hardy as long as it isn't cut back when frosts are likely. Like all penstemon best to leave the annual tidy up until mid spring when the threat of the most severe frosts has passed. Prefers full sun or light shade and holds a prestigious RHS Award of Garden Merit.A narrow-leaved bushy perennial . Holds an RHS Award of Garden Merit.
