'Kit Kat' is a smaller form of the catmint, which forms a dense, spreading, neat aromatic clump of green foliage through and out of which spikes of tiny intense lavender blue flowers appear almost continuously from May to September, provided spent flowerheads are cut right back to the ground. Spreading to around 35cm x 35cm only, it's ideal for border and path edges, pots, containers, and even hanging baskets. Hardier than lavender, but can be used in much the same way. Likes a moist but well drained soil in a sunny or partially sunny position. Highly attractive to pollinators, and a holder of an RHS Award of Garden Merit.
