Helleborus niger 'Mont Blanc' is a stunning variety of Christmas Rose with it's serrated evergreen leaves, topped in winter, usually by mid December, with sturdy stems of large pure white, outward facing, flowers with a golden yellow ring of anthers in the middle. Grows best in semi shade in acid free moist but well drained soils. Greta in winter borders or paired with other evergreens in winter pots.
