'Geranium Azure Rush' has large clear blue, saucer like flowers with white centres, which are produced across a carpet of pretty, deeply divided mid green leaves. Similar in flower to it's famous cousin, 'Rozanne', but much lower growing, and less vigorous, making it ideal for parts of the garden that just need a touch of long flowering colour. Flowering from June through to October, this is a terrific ground cover plant with excellent staying power. The lavender blue colour also complements so many other flowers in the garden.
Happy in semi shade or full sun in any well drained but moist soil conditions, and completely hardy. As a herbaceous perennial expect the leaves to die back completely during hard winters, but fresh green shoots will reappear in spring.
