Bright blue flowers are produced throughout summer and are decorative and a useful addition to a herb garden. The flowers taste somewhat like cucumber and are particularly nice frozen in ice cubes and added to summer drinks!

plant in well drained soil in a sunny, sheltered spot. Borage will usually seed itself each year so you will never be without the lovely flowers.

You May need to add grit or sand to the soil to help with drainage.
