Sorbus aucuparia 'Autumn Spire'

An upright and columnar variety of the ever popular Mountain Ash.  The lush, mid green pinnate leaves colour spectacularly well in autumn, with  masses of yellow berries set against them.  Small white pretty flowers in late spring give this tree season round appeal.  Ideal for vertical interest in restricted spaces.  A fully hardy tree which is comfortable in almost any soil conditions except very wet.  Easy to grow, it will attain up to 4m in height by 1m wide in 20 years or so.
