A beautiful small weeping ornamental flowering cherry, Prunus Snow Showers produces soft green foliage, after masses of single white flowers in spring, which appear to cascade down the plant. With a formal weeping habit, this tree has been top grafted on a one metre stem, which will keep the plant compact, ideal for a small garden or potting in a tub. The flowers are produ afterced on the previous seasons growth, so if required the plant can be pruned quite hard after immediately flowering each year. This is a hardy tree and should grow well in any moist but well drained soil. As an added extra the leaves flare to intense purple red and copper tones before falling in autumn.
