Clear blue star shaped flowers sit atop stocky and bushy, spear shaped green leaves on this excellent plant for the front of a perennial border. Can be quite slow to establish at first, but rarely needs dividing, so very low maintenance. The leaves turn an attractive shade of yellow in the autumn, and the flowers appear in May and June. 40cm height and spread, and prefers a well drained soil in sun or partial shade.
