Hebe pinguifolia 'Pagei' is a small and low growing, compact form of the species. it is evergreen and hardy, composed of very small elongated oval leaves which are silvery grey in colour, and it is covered in dense shortish spikes of white flowersin spring and early summer. Delightful on a rockery, at the front of a border, or even as part of a trough or patio pot planting scheme.
