By Lay of the Land

Victoria is the most popular Plum, and is great as a dessert fruit, or for bottling.  Pick the fruits from August.  Self fertile, flowering group 3.  It prefers a nutrient rich and moist soil, but will grow in any decent soil in most reasonably sheltered sites.
