Description
This dwarf type of Delphinium is highly suited to a more exposed garden. Magic Fountains, much like its name would suggest has a lovely range of colour combinations and grows to an approximate height of 60cm.

February to June.
WHERE TO SOW
Sow seed on the surface of a lightly firmed, moist seed compost in pots or trays. Cover with a fine sprinkling of compost or vermiculite. Place at a temperature of between 10-15°C (50-59°F). After sowing, do not exclude light as this helps germination which can take 21-40 days.
WHAT TO DO NEXT
When large enough to handle, transplant seedlings into pots or trays. Gradually acclimatise plants to cooler conditions for a few weeks before planting out 60cm (24") apart in a sunny, sheltered site.
